This is possibly every famous persons worst taxi nightmare, a cabbie who is a rabid fan.
I love this Red Hot Chili Peppers song, By The Way, and the frenzied clip is very funny. Especially the end where the only band member who hasn’t been caught up in the drama flags down the same taxi.
Have a good weekend everyone! 😀
I started the week with an article about a lion tamer who was unfortunate enough to be on the wrong side of the bars when the lights went out in the middle of a performance.
The lions he was performing with were obviously not very tamed. As soon as it got dark they were quick to pounce and he died of his worrying wounds soon after.
After finding that article I kept searching for more tales of liony disaster and I found this one that really amused me.
Gone are the days when the circus celebrated coming to town by parading down the main street. After reading this story that is probably just as well.
Can you imagine how many different ways a live animal parade could go wrong?
This lion from a newly arrived circus was obviously suffering from a little stage fright and needed to go home for a bit of a rest. Despite the fact that the lion tamer in this incident, Ray Walker, was described as a young girl she was obviously a bit better at the taming side of things than the victim of our last story. Even though the lion lashed out at her in panic she managed to quieten it down and push it into a taxi to get it to safety.
Can you imagine the look on the face of the taxi driver? There he is watching a circus parade and suddenly a bleeding girl pushes a scared lion into the cab and says “Drive”.
Would you drive or would you just jump out of the door and leave her to it?
I wonder if he had started driving before he noticed that one of his passengers could kill him and eat him?
Clearly the wounds sustained by Lion Tamer Ray weren’t too worrying as she managed to make it back to the ring for that night’s performance. Hopefully her lions weren’t like sharks, with the scent of blood sending them into a feeding frenzy, otherwise that crowd might have wished the lights went out there too….
