I don’t think that Tabou would have been a very popular holiday destination in 1950 after a report like this!
Not sure I feel too sorry for the chief whose wife was part of the main course at the ‘party’. His complaint was interesting. Was the biggest problem for him, the lack of respect for his authority or that his wife was eaten?
