Welcome to another ‘what I listen to at work’ post.
I am just going to share one song with you today. Sometimes I get a ‘thing’ about a song or an artist and listen to it, or them, over and over for days. I have listened to this song about a million times so far this week so I hope doing a post about it might cure me of my obsession!
If you are a regular reader of my blog you might not expect me to be a fan of this band as my other music posts have been about artists like the hilarious Tim Minchin, or the bluesy Ash Grunwald.
I will totally understand that when I tell you that I am also a closet Hilltop Hoods fan you might be tempted to click X, and I forgive you for that. Never fear, in order to keep you entertained I have also done a newspaper article post about a brave rat. Yes. A rat. Go on, have a look… 
Anyway, back to the music…. the Hilltop Hoods are an Adelaide hip hop group, and before you ask, no I don’t wear baseball caps backwards, nor do I wear badly fitting trousers with my undies showing over the waistband. Bear with me though, and have a listen to the lyrics of this song before you judge!
I’m wondering where the day went is the first line from the Hilltop Hoods song I Love It. The song is about how much they appreciate everything they have, and loving what they do, even the hard work.
It is one of those songs that put a bounce in my step and reminds me to appreciate all the good things in my life too.

This song is about 80% of my work playlist at the moment… I know, I have a problem…
Of course, it does get me moving faster so it’s having the desired effect!
